1. Check and change furnace/Air conditioning filters as necessary
2. Test smoke detectors and CO detectors
3. Test CFCI receptacles
4. Check cords and plugs of all electrical appliances for wear
5. Check door hinges and lubricate with silicone spray as required
1. Clean fins on air conditioning unit and inspect unit for proper operation
2. Lubricate rollers and guides on garage doors and opener
3. Inspect wood decks and fences for re-sealing requirements
4. Seed and feed lawn
5. Turn off humidifier for cooling season
6. Use wood conditioner on all wood cabinetry
7. Check patio and walkway pavers and add joint sand as needed
8. Test smoke detectors and CO detectors

2. Deep water shrubs and trees
3. Check and control joints in driveway as necessary
4. Repair/replace patio furniture as required
5. Check BBQ for proper operation/repair

6. Order wood for fireplace if installed
7. Clear leaves from gutters

2. Mulch flowerbeds for winter
3. Wrap plants in burlap to protect from winter damage
4. Order wood for wood burning fireplace if installed
1. Replace back up batteries in smoke detectors and CO detectors
2. Inspect weather stripping on all exterior doors
3. Inspect plumbing fixtures for leaks
4. Inspect kitchen and bathroom wall tile, tubs and showers for caulking
5. Have carpets professionally cleaned
6. Check batteries in your garage door remote control units and check terminals in units for corrosion
7. Check interior paintwork on wood trim and doors for repair/touch-up
8. Check gutters and downspouts for proper drainage away from home
9. Check gutters and downspouts for blockages
10. Check exterior paintwork, caulking and putty
