Established in 1977, Geranium Homes is the Residential Division of Geranium Corporation, one of Ontario’s few fully integrated land development and building organizations.

2011 BILD Awards – After receiving a total of eight nominations including Builder of the Year, Geranium Homes took home the awards for Best New Home Design and Best Public Relations Campaign.

2011 OHBA Awards of Distinction – Geranium Homes received three nominations including Most Outstanding One Storey Production Built Home, Most Outstanding Two Storey Production Built Home and Project of the Year.

2011 CHBA National SAM Awards – Geranium Homes will be in attendance at this year’s National Home Builder Awards with four nominations including Best Single Detached Home, Best Direct Mail Promotion, Best Brochure and the prestigious Grand SAM!
