In every new Geranium community across the province, our staff is fully trained in all aspects of “Geranium Green” and constantly works with our trades and suppliers to educate them on our expectations.

Geranium Homes has also made a significant commitment and investment to design and build every new home to ENERGY STAR® standards. To be labeled under the strict requirements of the ENERGY STAR® program, your new Geranium home will be both Performance Tested and Third Party Verified.
